Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at contact@chewelryworld.com with your order number and details.
